Russell Wilson
In 2022, the National Football League’s Most Valuable Player award was given to Russell Wilson of the Seattle Seahawks. Wilson had an incredible season, leading the Seahawks to a 13-3 record and throwing for 4,422 yards and 37 touchdowns. He was a big part of the Seahawks’ success, and he deservedly won the MVP award.
Lamar Jackson
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson won the NFL MVP in 2019, making him the first player in history to win the award unanimously. He is also the second youngest player to ever win the award, behind only Peyton Manning. Jackson had a stellar season, throwing for 36 touchdowns and just six interceptions while rushing for 1,206 yards and seven touchdowns. He led the Ravens to a 14-2 record and a divisional playoff win over the Tennessee Titans.
