The 2015 NFL Coach of the Year was Bruce Arians of the Arizona Cardinals. This was the second time he had won the award, having also been honored in 2012 when he was interim head coach of the Indianapolis Colts.

Jason Garrett of the Dallas Cowboys was named the 2014 NFL Coach of the Year. This is the first time that Garrett has won the award. He led the Cowboys to a 12-4 record and first place in the NFC East.
