The answer to this question is difficult to determine as there are many great quarterbacks in NFL history. However, we have compiled a list of the greatest quarterbacks of all time.
Joe Montana

Joe Montana is widely considered to be the greatest quarterback in NFL history. Born and raised in New Eagle, Pennsylvania, Montana developed a love for football at an early age. He went on to play college football for the University of Notre Dame, where he led the team to a national championship in 1977. After being drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the third round of the 1979 NFL Draft, Montana spent his entire 16-year professional career with the 49ers. He led the team to four Super Bowl victories, including two Super Bowl MVP awards, and was named the NFL’s Most Valuable Player three times. After retiring from football in 1994, Montana was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000.

Joe Montana, nicknamed Joe Cool and the Comeback Kid, is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 16 seasons with the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs. He won four Super Bowls with the 49ers and was the first player ever to have been named Super Bowl Most Valuable Player three times. He also holds Super Bowl career records for most passes without an interception (122 in four games) and the all-time highest passer rating of 127.8. In 2000, he was voted the greatest quarterback of all time by viewers of The Sporting News.
During his college career at Notre Dame, Montana started 11 games over two seasons and completed 174 of his 283 pass attempts (61.5%), for 2,754 yards, 16 touchdowns, and nine interceptions.

In my opinion, Drew Brees is the greatest quarterback in NFL history. He is a ten-time Pro Bowl selection, four-time first-team All-Pro, and two-time NFL Offensive Player of the Year. He is the all-time leading passer in NFL history, and he holds the single-season passing yardage record. He is also the only quarterback to have led two different teams to a Super Bowl victory.

Drew Brees is a former professional football quarterback who played for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL) for fifteen seasons. He played college football for Purdue University, and was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He left the Chargers after five seasons to sign with the Saints as a free agent in 2006.
Brees has been selected to eleven Pro Bowls, was named the NFL Offensive Player of the Year in 2008 and 2011, and won Super Bowl XLIV with the Saints in 2010, when he was named Super Bowl MVP. He also holds many NFL records, including passing yards (70,445), passing touchdowns (518), completion percentage (66.95%), and passer rating (103.7).
