Introduction

The NFL Draft is an annual event in which the 32 teams in the National Football League (NFL) select college football players to add to their rosters. The draft order is based on each team’s record from the previous season, with the worst team selecting first and the defending Super Bowl champions selecting last.

The draft is typically held in late April or early May, and it usually takes place in a major city. In recent years, the draft has been held in Chicago (2015), Philadelphia (2016), and Dallas (2017). It’s not yet known where the 2018 draft will be held, but some cities that have been mentioned as possibilities include Los Angeles, Nashville, and New York City.

The league has not yet announced any official plans, and it is possible that the draft could be held remotely again, as it was in 2020. However, some cities have already started bidding for the chance to host the event, and it is likely that a decision will be made sometime in the next few months.

Some of the frontrunners to host the draft include Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New Orleans. All three cities have been considered in the past, and all have the infrastructure to support a large event like the NFL Draft.
