The Chargers have moved 11 times. They began in Los Angeles in 1960, then moved to San Diego in 1961. In 2017, they made the move back to Los Angeles.
The Rams have moved the second most, a total of 12 times.
The Rams have played in three different cities over the course of their history. They were originally based in Cleveland, Ohio, but moved to Los Angeles in 1946. In 1980, they moved again to Anaheim, California, where they remained until 1994. In 1995, the team moved back to St. Louis, Missouri, where they stayed until 2015. Finally, in 2016, the Rams moved back to Los Angeles. In total, the team has moved 12 times.
The Chargers, Colts, and Giants have all moved 11 times.

The San Francisco 49ers are one of the most successful franchises in NFL history, but they’ve also been one of the most relocation-prone. The team has called San Francisco, California; Santa Clara, California; and now Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara home during their history. In total, they’ve moved 10 times.
