Barry Sanders played for the Oklahoma State Cowboys football team from 1986 to 1988. He was a two-time All-American and won the Heisman Trophy in 1988. After college, Sanders was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the 1989 NFL Draft. He played for the Lions for 10 seasons, during which he was a four-time Pro Bowl selection and a three-time First-Team All-Pro.
