In the 2018-2019 season, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks averaged 27.7 points per game, the most in the NBA. He is a 6’11” forward/center who was born in Greece and is nicknamed “the Greek Freak”. In addition to points, he also averaged 12.5 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game.
James Harden
In 2019, James Harden led the NBA in points per game, averaging 36.1 points. He was followed closely by Giannis Antetokounmpo, who averaged 30.4 points per game. Other players in the top five included Kawhi Leonard (27.1), Anthony Davis (26.7), and Paul George (26).

Anthony Davis, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers, averaged the most points per game in the NBA in 2019. He averaged 28.1 points per game.
