Wade spent the majority of his 16-year career with the Miami Heat in the National Basketball Association (NBA). A thirteen-time NBA All-Star, Wade is the franchise leader in points, games played, assists, steals, blocks, and shooting percentage. He led Miami to six NBA Finals appearances, winning three championships in 2006, 2012 and 2013. He was named NBA Finals MVP in 2006 and 2010. On January 17, 2017, Wade surpassed Jerry West for 14th place on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. One of the most prolific scorers of his generation and regarded as one of the best shooting guards of all time,[6][7] Wade is one of four players to have amassed at least 20,000 points, 5,000 assists, 4,000 rebounds and 1,500 steals during their careers.[8][9]

At Marquette University, he was named Conference USA Rookie of the Year and a first-team All-American by The Sporting News. Wade led Marquette to the 2003 NCAA Final Four appearance. Carmelo Kyam Anthony (born May 29, 1984) is an American professional basketball player for the Portland Trail Blazers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He has been named an All-Star ten times and an All-NBA Team member six times. He played college basketball for one season with Syracuse University, winning a national championship, before being drafted as the third overall pick in the 2003 NBA draft by the Denver Nuggets. In 2011, he was traded to the New York Knicks in a multi-player deal.

While Anthony led the Nuggets to the playoffs during his first four seasons, he never advanced past the first round. In seven seasons with New York, he guided them to three playoff appearances but again failed to move past the first round. In 2017, he was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder mid-season and was part of their line-up that reached the Conference Finals. However, his time with Oklahoma City was short-lived; he was traded back to New York just months later. After one year back with the Knicks, he joined Portland.
