We all know there are a ton of NBA players with holiday-themed last names. But have you ever wondered how many of them are actually brothers? We did some research and found out the answer.
The Holiday Brothers in the NBA
Kris and Seth Holiday are two of the three brothers in the NBA. They currently play for the Chicago Bulls and the New Orleans Pelicans respectively. The third Holiday brother, Justin, was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in 2017 but was later traded to the Atlanta Hawks.

Jrue Randall Holiday (born June 12, 1990) is an American professional basketball player for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for UCLA, and was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 2009 NBA draft with the 17th overall pick. Holiday was traded to the Pelicans in 2013. He has represented the United States national team three times, winning gold medals at the 2010 FIBA World Championship and the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup.

He played college basketball for the Washington Huskies and professionally in Belgium, Slovakia, Hungary and Australia before joining the NBA G League’s Erie BayHawks in 2013. Holiday signed with the Atlanta Hawks in 2014 and was later traded to the New York Knicks. After a year-long stint with the Knicks, he joined his brother Jrue in New Orleans, playing for the Pelicans from 2016 to 2019. Holiday was then traded to Memphis where he would win an NBA Championship with the Grizzlies in 2020.

Holiday was born in Torrance, California, to Joyce and Shawn Holiday. He has two brothers, Jrue and Aaron, who are also professional basketball players; a sister, Lauren; and two younger brothers, Justin and Jordan. His paternal grandfather is Henry Holiday, who played Minor League Baseball. His cousins Andrew and brikayla Holiday also play professional basketball.
At Campbell Hall School in North Hollywood, Justin was named a McDonald’s All-American after averaging 25 points per game as a senior. He played college basketball for the Washington Huskies from 2007 to 2009. As a junior in 2008–09, he averaged 12.0 points per game and led the Huskies with 78 three-pointers made (at a 37 percent clip) en route to second-team All-Pacific-10 honors. After going undrafted in the 2009 NBA draft, Holiday joined the Golden State Warriors for the 2009 NBA Summer League.

Aaron Holiday (born September 30, 1996) is an American professional basketball player for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins. He was selected 23rd overall by the Pacers in the 2018 NBA draft.
Holiday is the younger brother of NBA players Jrue and Justin Holiday, and the cousin of former NBA player Shaun Livingston.
