Cancelling an Order from the NBA Store
If you need to cancel your order from the NBA Store, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-NBA-STORE. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation. We will refund your purchase within 7-10 business days.
Go to the NBA Store website
If you need to cancel your order from the NBA Store, follow the instructions below.
1. Go to the NBA Store website.
2. Click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page.
3. Login to your account using your email address and password.
4. Click on the “Orders” link.
5. Find the order you want to cancel and click on the “Cancel” button next to it.
6. Confirm that you want to cancel the order by clicking on the “Confirm” button.
Please note that you can only cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.
Find the order you wish to cancel
To cancel an order, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to nbastore.com and sign in to your account.
2. Click on the “My Orders” link located in the top right corner of the page, next to your name.
3. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel Order” button next to it.
4. Follow the instructions on the next page to confirm your cancellation.
If you need to cancel an order that you’ve placed with the NBA Store, you can do so by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘Cancel Order’ button next to the relevant order. Please note that you will only be able to cancel an order if it is in a pending status.

The NBA store offers a wide variety of merchandise for purchase, but sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Cancelling an order is simple and can be done in a few steps. Let’s get started.
Go to the NBA App
Open the NBA App on your device. Scroll to the bottom of the main screen and tap on “More”.
Then, select “Orders” from the list of options.
Next to the order you wish to cancel, tap on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner. A pop-up menu will appear. Tap on “Cancel Order”.
Confirm that you would like to cancel the order by tapping on “Yes, Cancel Order”.
Find the order you wish to cancel
To cancel an order from the NBA Store, you’ll need to follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the NBA Store website.
2. Click on the “Orders” link near the top of the page.
3. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel Order” button next to it.
4. Confirm that you want to cancel the order.
5. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully cancelled.
Your order can be cancelled as long as your order has not already entered the shipping process. If you need to cancel your order, please follow the instructions below:
1. Click on the ‘Cancel Order’ button located at the bottom of this page.
2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order in the fields provided, then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
3. Review the order cancellation request to confirm that all information is correct, then click on the ‘Confirm Cancellation’ button.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
