ABC

The 2020 NBA draft will be televised on ABC for the first time in history, it was announced Monday.

The draft, originally scheduled for June 25, was postponed indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic. When it is eventually held, it will air on ABC from 8-11 p.m. ET.

ESPN had previously held the rights to televise the NBA draft since 1980. But ABC will now air the event as part of a new four-year deal that begins with the 2020 draft and runs through 2023.
