The 2019 NBA draft will be televised on ESPN2. The draft will begin at 7 p.m. ET on Thursday, June 20.
ESPNU
ESPNU is an American digital cable and satellite sports television channel that is owned by ESPN. Launched on March 4, 2005, the channel is primarily devoted to coverage of college athletics, and is also used as an overflow channel for programming conflicts on the parent ESPN network. The NBA Draft will air on NBA TV on Thursday, June 21 at 7:00 pm ET.
ABC
The 2020 NBA draft will be televised on ABC for the first time in history, it was announced Monday.
The draft, originally scheduled for June 25, was postponed indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic. When it is eventually held, it will air on ABC from 8-11 p.m. ET.
ESPN had previously held the rights to televise the NBA draft since 1980. But ABC will now air the event as part of a new four-year deal that begins with the 2020 draft and runs through 2023.
