Toni Storm’s Early Career
Toni Storm was born on 26 October 1992 in Brisbane, Australia. She is of English and Japanese descent. Storm began her career in professional wrestling at the age of 15. She trained in Japan and Australia before making her debut in 2010. In 2012, Storm signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). She made her debut on NXT in 2015.
Toni Storm’s NXT UK Debut
In December 2015, it was announced that Storm had signed with WWE and would be reporting to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. In January 2017, she made her NXT UK debut at a live event in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Throughout her NXT UK career, Storm has held the NXT UK Women’s Championship once and the NXT UK Tag Team Championship once (with Xia Brookside).
On April 7, 2020, it was announced that Storm had signed a new three-year contract with WWE.
Toni Storm’s Relationship With WWE
Since early 2020, Toni Storm has been romantically linked with WWE superstar Brock Lesnar. The couple has been spotted together at various events and recently appeared together on an episode of WWE’s Stephanie McMahon’s reality TV show, “Table for 3.”
While it is unclear when the couple first started dating, it is believed that they met while Storm was Lesnar’s training partner at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

Toni Storm announced her departure from WWE on March 5th, 2021. The Australian wrestler had been with the company since 2018 and was a part of the NXT UK brand. Toni Storm’s last match with WWE was a loss to Kay Lee Ray at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II.
Toni Storm’s Last Match With WWE
Toni Storm’s last match with WWE was on the January 13, 2020 episode of NXT UK, where she defeated Kay Lee Ray to become the new NXT UK Women’s Champion. After the match, she gave an emotional speech, saying that her time in NXT UK had been “the best years of [her] life.”
Storm announced her departure from WWE on January 22, 2020, via social media. She wrote that she was “no longer under contract with WWE” and that she was “grateful for everything [WWE] have done for [her].”
As of January 2020, Storm is the only woman to have held the NXT UK Women’s Championship and the Mae Young Classic trophy.
Toni Storm’s Future Plans
As of right now, it is unclear what Toni Storm’s future plans are. She has not been seen on WWE programming since May of 2019, and her status with the company is currently unknown.
