How to Track Your WWE Shop Orders
If you’re a WWE fan, you probably know that the WWE Shop is the place to go for all your favorite WWE merchandise. But did you know that you can track your orders from the WWE Shop so you can keep tabs on your favorite items? Here’s how!
Check the Status of Your Order
You can track the status of your WWE Shop order in a few different ways. You will need your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on the WWE Shop website. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your order history and the status of your current orders.
Check your order status online
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on wweshop.com. To track your order, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on “My Orders”
3. Locate your order in the list and click on “Track Package” next to it
4. You will be redirected to our shipping partner’s website where you can enter your tracking information
Check your order status by email
You can check your order status by email if you:
-Made your purchase as a Guest
-Are a returning customer and do not have an account
If you fit either of these criteria, you should have received an email from WWE Shop with your order number and a link to track your order. Follow the steps below to use this link and track your order status:
1. Find the email from WWE Shop with your order number and click the link to track your order.
2. Enter your email address and order number, then click ‘Track’.
3. On the next page, you’ll be able to see the status of your order as well as any tracking information that is available.
Track Your Order
You can track your WWE Shop order by logging into your account. Once you are logged in, click on the “My Orders” tab to view your order history. From here, you will be able to see the status of your current orders as well as orders that have already been shipped. You can also track your order by clicking on the “Track Order” link in the order confirmation email that you received when you placed your order.
Track your order online
You can track the progress of your order online anytime by visiting the WWE Shop Order Tracking page. You’ll need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order. If you don’t have this information handy, you can also access your tracking information from any shipping confirmation or order status email we’ve sent you. Simply click on the “Track My Order” link in the email.
Track your order by email
If you placed your order as a guest, or if you registered for an account after you placed your order, you will have received an Order Confirmation email with your order number. You can also find your order number in the My Orders section of your account.
To track your order, click the “Track My Order” button in the Order Confirmation email or in the My Orders section of your account. You will be taken to a tracking page where you can view the current status of your shipment and see its expected arrival date.
Cancel or Change Your Order
WWE Shop orders can be canceled or changed within 30 minutes of placing the order. After 30 minutes, orders cannot be canceled or changed. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our Customer Service team.
Cancel your order online
You may cancel your order anytime prior to its shipment from our Distribution Center by logging in to Your Account on WWEShop.com and clicking on “Order History”. If your order status is “Processing”, you will see a cancellation link next to the order. Please note that orders of personalized merchandise or special orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

FAQs
Is your order showing as ‘Pending’ in your account? If your order is displaying as Pending in your account, this means that the order is currently being processed by WWE Shop. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping notification within 3-5 business days, please contact WWE Shop Customer Service for assistance.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If your order has shipped, you will also be able to see a tracking number next to the order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear in the system.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please email [email protected] or call 1-877-900-8499 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please note that once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our system and cannot be changed.
How do I know if my order went through?
If you placed an order on wweshop.com and did not receive an email confirmation, it is likely that your order did not go through. Please check your email to see if you received a message from WWE Shop customer service regarding the declined transaction. If you did not receive an email, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you further.
