The Green Bay Packers
As of 2021, the Green Bay Packers have won the most Super Bowls of any NFL team, with a total of 13 wins. They are followed by the New England Patriots, who have won a total of 11 Super Bowls.
The New England Patriots
Since the NFL’s inception in 1920, there have been 52 Super Bowls played. Of those 52 games, only one team has won more than five times: the New England Patriots. With a total of six victories, the Patriots have won more Super Bowls than any other team in NFL history.
The Patriots’ first Super Bowl win came in 2001, when they defeated the St. Louis Rams 20-17 in a close game that was decided by a last-minute field goal. They followed that up with victories in 2003 (over the Carolina Panthers), 2004 (over the Philadelphia Eagles), 2014 (over the Seattle Seahawks), 2016 (over the Atlanta Falcons) and 2018 (over the Los Angeles Rams). In all six of their Super Bowl wins, the Patriots have been coached by Bill Belichick and quarterbacked by Tom Brady.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have won the most Super Bowls with six wins. They have appeared in a total of eight Super Bowls, which is also the most appearances of any team. The New England Patriots have won the second most Super Bowls with five wins.
The San Francisco 49ers
The San Francisco 49ers have won the most Super Bowls, with five victories (IX, X, XI, XIV, XXIII). They also have the second-best overall winning percentage in the Super Bowl era among NFL teams with at least five appearances, with .714 (5–2).
The Dallas Cowboys
The Dallas Cowboys have won the most Super Bowls, with five victories. The team has also appeared in eight Super Bowls, tied with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New England Patriots for the second-most appearances. The Cowboys have not won a Super Bowl since their last appearance in 1996, however.
