Who Is The Biggest RB In The NFL?
In a close race for the title, three running backs stand out as the best of the best in the NFL. Who is the biggest RB in the NFL?
Adrian Peterson
Adrian Peterson is currently the biggest RB in the NFL, standing at 6’1” and weighing 220 lbs. He has played in the NFL for 12 years and has been with the Minnesota Vikings for 10 of those years.
LeSean McCoy
LeSean McCoy is the biggest RB in the NFL. At 6’0″, McCoy is a force to be reckoned with on the field. He’s known for his speed and agility, making him a tough opponent for any defense.
Marshawn Lynch
Marshawn Lynch stands at an impressive 6’0” and weighs in at a powerful 215 pounds. He is a bruising running back that simply loves to dish out punishment to would-be tacklers. He is currently a free agent, but during his prime, he was considered one of the best running backs in the NFL.
Jamaal Charles
At 5’11” and 199 pounds, Jamaal Charles is one of the smaller running backs in the NFL. But don’t let his size fool you – he is one of the most explosive and dangerous players in the league. In fact, he is often compared to another small but mighty running back: Barry Sanders.
Charles has excelled at every level of football. He was a standout player in high school and college, and he has been one of the best players in the NFL since he was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2008. In his six seasons with the Chiefs, Charles has rushed for over 5,000 yards and 40 touchdowns. He has also been named to four Pro Bowls and was named First-Team All-Pro in 2010.
There are a few other running backs who could argue that they are the biggest in the NFL, but Charles is certainly in the conversation. As long as he stays healthy, there is no reason to think that he won’t be one of the best players in the league for years to come.
