The NHL Rink
The National Hockey League (NHL) rink is an ice hockey playing surface that is enclosed by boards and dasher boards. The rink is 200 feet long and 85 feet wide. It has a shelf or ledge around the entire perimeter of the rink which is about 18 inches wide.
