-Sean Day:
A First Round NHL Draft pick of the New York Rangers Sean played for the Mississauga Steelheads of the OHL before being traded to the Windsor Spitfires midway through last season.
-Richie Dolan:
Richie is a local product, hailing from Bowling Green Ohio. He played two seasons of junior hockey for the Dubuque Fighting Saints of the USHL before beginning his college career last season with Bowling Green State University
-Mitchell Friedman:
A native of Highland Park, Illinois, Mitchell played three seasons of Junior Hockey for the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders of the USHL before beginning his collegiate career last season with Bowling Green State University
-Caleb Brassard:
A native of Peterborough, Ontario, Caleb was a 5th round NHL Draft pick of the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2014. Caleb began his collegiate career with BGSU in 2014 and is now in his senior year.
-Conor O’Brien:
A native of Stittsville, Ontario (just outside of Ottawa), Conor is beginning his freshman year at BGSU after playing last season with Des Moines Buccaneers of the USHL where he recorded 33 points (13G, 20A) in 59 games.
Goaltenders
The Bowling Green Hockey team has two goaltenders on its roster for the 2017-2018 season
Sophomore Chris Nell is from Hobart, Wisconsin. He appeared in 26 games last season, starting in 25 of them. He had a 2.82 GAA and a .909 save percentage His best game came against Michigan State when he stopped 36 of 37 shots.
Senior Tomas Sholl is from Anchorage, Alaska. He appeared in 28 games last season, starting in 27 of them. He had a 2.77 GAA and a .912 save percentage. His best game came against Ferris State when he stopped 33 of 34 shots.
