Altona Bay Basketball Association
The Altona Bay Basketball Association (ABBA) is a non-profit regional organization that provides opportunities for residents of the Altona Bay Area to participate in the sport of basketball. The ABBA season runs from October to March, with games played on Saturdays and Sundays.
The ABBA is made up of eight teams, each consisting of players from one of the following age groups: Under-12, Under-14, Under-16, and Under-18. Each team plays each other team twice during the season, once at home and once away.
The ABBA finals are held in March, with the top four teams from the regular season competing for the title of ABBA champions.

The Altona Bay Basketball Association (ABBA) is a non-profit organisation that aims to provide opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to participate in basketball. The ABBA runs competitions for seniors, juniors and children, as well as social and corporate teams.
The ABBA has two seasons, each consisting of 12 rounds. The first season runs from October to March, and the second season runs from April to September. The ABBA also offers a number of one-off tournaments throughout the year, such as the 3x3 tournament and the All-Star game

The Altona Bay Basketball Association (ABBA) is a basketball competition in Melbourne, Australia. It comprises 8 teams who play each other in a round-robin format, with the top 4 teams progressing to the semi-finals. The ABBA has been running since 1992 and is one of the most popular basketball competitions in Victoria.

Altona Bay Basketball Association is a not-for-profit Basketball Association catering for male and female players of all age groups, located in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.
We offer competitions for players of all ages and abilities, from our Saturday morning Junior competition, through to our Senior mid-week competitions.
Altona Bay Basketball Association has a long and proud history dating back to 1976, when it was founded as the Altona Dolphins Basketball Club The Club was originally based at the Altona Sports Stadium, and later moved to its current home at the Altona basketball stadium in 2000.

Altona Bay Basketball Association (ABBA) is a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for children and young adults to participate in organized basketball.
ABBA currently has two divisions, Recreational and Travel.
In the Recreational division, there are 10 teams in total, with each team having an average of 12 players.
In the Travel division, there are 6 teams in total, with each team having an average of 10 players.

The Altona Bay Basketball Association (ABBA) Coaches are a vital part of the clubs success. They provide the guidance, support and knowledge that our athletes need to excel in their sport.
ABBA currently has 3 coaches:
– Under 10’s coach: Tom Wilkinson
– Under 12’s coach: Sarah Johnson
– Under 14’s coach: Mark Brown

Altona Bay Basketball Association History
The Altona Bay Basketball Association (ABBA) is a not-for-profit, volunteer based Basketball Association that has been operating in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Australia since 1984. The ABBA comprises five clubs – Altona Magic, Altona Gators, Newport Knights, North Sunshine Eagles and Werribee Devils – which compete in two competitions; the Senior Men’s (SM) competition and the Senior Women’s (SW) competition. The Association also has junior programs for both genders (U12 – U18).
