The Warriors in the Playoffs – Their Chances
The Warriors have had quite a season this year. They started off strong and ended the season on a high note. They have a good chance of making the playoffs and doing well in them. Let’s take a look at their chances.
The Warriors in the Playoffs – Their Chances of Winning
As the Warriors look to make a return to the NBA Finals, they will have to go through a tough playoff gauntlet. Their first round matchup is against the Los Angeles Clippers, a team that has given them fits in recent years. The Clippers are led by All-Star power forward Blake Griffin and veteran point guard Chris Paul. If the Warriors can get past the Clippers, they will likely face the Houston Rockets in the second round. The Rockets are led by All-Star shooting guard James Harden and feature a strong supporting cast including point guard Patrick Beverley and power forward Clint Capela. The Warriors would then most likely face the San Antonio Spurs in the Conference Finals. The Spurs are led by perennial MVP candidate Kawhi Leonard and also feature All-Star power forward LaMarcus Aldridge. The Warriors would then have to go through either the LeBron James-led Cleveland Cavaliers or the Kyrie Irving-led Boston Celtics in order to make it back to the NBA Finals. As you can see, the road back to the NBA Finals will not be easy for the Warriors, but they have proven time and time again that they are up for the challenge.
The Warriors in the Playoffs – Their Chances of Losing
The Warriors are currently in the playoffs and their chances of losing are very slim. They have only lost 3 games out of their last 20, and they are playing some of their best basketball of the season. Their offense is clicking on all cylinders, and their defense is suffocating opposing teams. They are currently the favorites to win the NBA championship, and it would be a huge upset if they were to lose in the playoffs.
