How to register to vote
In order to vote for the Baseball All Stars, you must first be registered. You can register in person or online.
In order to register in person, you must go to your local county elections office and fill out a form. You will need to provide your name, address, date of birth, and driver’s license number.
If you choose to register online, you must go to the website of the Secretary of State for your state. From there, you will fill out a form with your name, address, date of birth, and driver’s license number. How to check if you’re registered to vote
The first thing you need to do is check if you’re registered to vote. You can do this by contacting your state’s election office. If you’re not registered, you can register online, by mail, or in person.

How to vote by mail

Be sure to include your name and address on the outside of the envelope, and write “2017 All-Star Ballot” on the front. Your ballot must be postmarked by June 30, 2017, to be eligible for inclusion in the official vote tally.
How to vote early
It’s easy to vote early for your favorite baseball All Stars! All you need is a valid Email Address Simply go to MLB.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. In the “Fans” section, click on “All-Star Ballot.” Here you will be able to fill out your ballot and submit it electronically.
Early voting runs from June 1st until June 21st, so make sure to get your votes in before then!
What to bring to the polls
When you go to the polls to vote for the baseball all stars, you will need to bring two forms of identification. One ID must be a photo ID, such as a driver’s license, and the other must include your name and address, such as a utility bill.
How to fill out a ballot
MLB has announced that fans will be able to fill out an All-Star game ballot for the first time since 1969. Here’s how it will work:
Each All-Star Game participant will be listed on the ballot with Room for write-in votes. You’ll be able to vote online or on your smartphones via the MLB app. You can also fill out a paper ballot at select ballparks.
You’ll be asked to select three outfielders, two infielders, a designated hitter and nine pitchers total. The pitchers can be from either the American League or National League but you must choose five starters and four relievers.

The All-Star Game provides fans the opportunity to participate in the selection of the starting lineups for each League.
