How to Create a Cool NBA background – A tutorial on how to create a cool NBA background using Photoshop.
Decide what colors you want to use
Before you start painting you have to decide what colors you want to use. Although you can always ask for suggestions from friends or family, it’s ultimately up to you to choose the colors that will make up your finished product. Keep in mind that certain colors can have different effects on people. For example, some people find blue calming while others find it invigorating.
Once you’ve chosen your colors, it’s time to start painting!
Choose a player or team to feature
In order to have a cool NBA background, you will need to choose a player or team to feature. Once you have chosen your player or team, you will need to find a good picture of them. If you are featuring a player, you might want to find a picture of them playing in their uniform. If you are featuring a team, you might want to find a picture of them celebrating after winning a game. Once you have found your picture, you will need to resize it and crop it so that it fits your desktop background.
Find a cool NBA background image
There are a number of ways that you can find a cool NBA background image. One way is to search for images online using a search engine such as Google or Bing. Another way is to find websites that offer free images that you can use as backgrounds. A third way is to purchase an image from a stock photo website.
Use Photoshop or another editing program to add your chosen colors, player, and team logo
In Photoshop or another editing program, add your chosen colors for the foreground and background. Select the Rectangle Tool (U) and click and drag to create a rectangle the size of your monitor. Right-click on the layer in the Layers panel and choose Create Clipping Mask.
Next, add your player photo. Place it in the center of the clipping mask you just created. To edit the photo, double-click on the layer in the Layers panel to open the Layer Style dialog box. Click on Blending Options at the top of the dialog box and choose Screen from the drop-down menu. This will make all white pixels transparent, allowing your background color to show through.
Finally, add your team’s logo to personalize your background even further. You can find official team logos online or you can create your own using Photoshop’s shapes and brushes. Position the logo wherever you like on your background and you’re finished!
Save your new NBA background and enjoy!
Once you have decided which photo you want to use as your new NBA background, click on the “save” button located at the top right-hand corner of the page. This action will take you to the “Downloads” folder on your computer, where you can select the location where you want to save your new NBA background. Enjoy!
