Introduction

De Colo was born in France and started playing basketball at a young age. He rose through the ranks of the French Basketball System and eventually made his way to the NBA. He has played for several teams during his career, including the San Antonio Spurs, Toronto Raptors and Oklahoma City Thunder He is currently a free agent

Early years

De Colo began playing basketball at the age of six. He played for his hometown club Entente Sportive de Colomiers Basket, through 2003, when he joined ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne. In his first season with ASVEL’s junior team, he won the 2004 French championship.

Professional career

De Colo began his professional career in his native France, with Cholet Basket of the LNB Pro A. In his first season with the team, he helped them win the ULEB Cup, Europe’s second-tier club competition. He was named the Final 8 MVP after averaging 12.3 points and 3 assists in the competition. The following season, he won the French League championship with Cholet.

In 2010, De Colo joined Valencia Basket of Spain’s ACB League. He helped the team win the Spanish King’s Cup that year, and was named the MVP of the cup after averaging 13 points and 4 assists in the tournament.

In 2012, De Colo signed with CSKA Moscow of Russia’s VTB United League He won a League Championship with CSKA in 2016, averaging 9.4 points and 2.6 assists in 26 games during the season.

De Colo joined the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA in 2016. He has played for them for two seasons, winning an NBA Championship with them in 2018.

International career

De Colo played his first game with the French national team on September 3, 2009, against Bosnia. He was a member of the team that won the gold medal at the EuroBasket 2013.

NBA career

De Colo began his professional career in France with Elan Chalon of the LNB Pro A. In his first season with the team, he helped them win the League Championship and was named the Finals MVP He then moved to Valencia of Spain’s ACB for two seasons. In 2012, he joined the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA, and won an NBA Championship with them that year.

Later years

In his later years, De Colo played for a number of teams in the NBA and Europe. He won the Euroleague title with CSKA Moscow in 2016, and was named the Euroleague Final Four MVP. He also won an NBA Championship with the Toronto Raptors in 2019.
