High School Career
Lavar Ball started his high school career at Canoga Park High School. He only played one season of varsity basketball, averaging 2.2 points per game. He then transferred to Chino Hills High School, where he averaged 19.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game as a senior. He was not highly recruited coming out of high school and did not receive any Division I scholarship offers.
College Career
In college, Ball played for Washington State University and then for Cal-State Los Angeles. He was not drafted by an NBA team and only played professionally in Europe and the International Basketball League (IBL).
NBA Career
Lavar Ball did not play in the NBA, but he did have a brief professional basketball career in Europe. He played a grand total of thirteen games for two different teams in the Lithuanian Basketball League. In those thirteen games, he averaged just under two points and two rebounds per game.
