By the time he was eight years old, Quan had won his first tournament. He went on to win numerous other tournaments in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. In 1985, at the age of 11, Quan won the Vietnamese National Championship in the boys’ 12-and-under division.

To that end, Quan is currently studying for his degree in business administration. He is also working with sponsors and agents to begin building his brand. “I want to be known as more than just a tennis player,” he says. “I want to be an inspiration to other people.”
With his hard work and dedication, there is no doubt that Quan will achieve all of his goals, both on and off the court.
