As a member of the Magic, he was a seven-time All-Star and frequently led his team in scoring and assists. After leaving Orlando as a free agent in 2000, Hill joined the Phoenix Suns. In his first season with the Suns, Hill averaged 18.8 points per game and helped lead them to the 2001 NBA Finals. He spent eight seasons with Phoenix before being traded to the Los Angeles Clippers in 2008. Upon joining the Clippers, Hill struggled with injuries and only played in 29 games over two seasons before he was traded back to the Hawks in 2010.
