He was named first-team All-American by Parade magazine.[1] He also competed as a sprinter on Yulee’s track & field team, where he ran personal bests of 11.09 seconds in the 100-meter dash and 22.24 seconds in the 200-meter dash.[2]

In 2019, he won the AP NFL Offensive Player of the Year Award and rushing title after leading the league in rushing yards with 1,540.
