The game’s MyCareer mode follows the journey of a custom superstar, support characters include Paul Heyman and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. The game also features a new 2K Showcase mode focusing on the Four Horsewomen of WWE (Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Ronda Rousey and Sasha Banks). WWE 2K20 received mixed reviews from critics upon release.

MyPlayer towers mode from NBA 2K19 was added to WWE 2K20 as the Towers mode. There are over 200 towers in the mode with various stipulations.

MyCareer

Assuming you are playing MyCareer on WWE 2K20, there are a total of 11 chapters. MyCareer is the story mode for WWE 2K20 where you create your own custom superstar and wrestle your way to the top of WWE.

Universe Mode

There are a total of twelve WWE 2K20 Universe Mode chapters. Each chapter is made up of several events that occur over the course of a week. The events in each chapter are determined by the choices you make as you play through the mode.

Chapters

There are a total of seven chapters in WWE 2K20’s Universe Mode. The first chapter is the player’s welcome to the mode, and the subsequent five are based on WWE’s five major brands – RAW, SmackDown, NXT, NXT UK, and 205 Live. The final chapter serves as the conclusion to the mode.

Objectives

In order to progress through WWE 2K20’s Universe Mode, players must complete certain objectives in order to advance the story. There are a total of six objectives, and each objective must be completed in order before progressing to the next. The objectives are as follows:

-Champion Chapter: Complete all 5 Championship matches on your show.
-Battle Royal Chapter: Win a Battle Royal on your show.
-Tag Team Chapter: Win a Tag Team match on your show.
-Women’s Chapter: Win a Women’s match on your show.
-Mixed Tag Team Chapter: Win a Mixed Tag Team match on your show.
-Main Event Chapter: Win the final match of your show.
