Kane has won the WWE Championship three times. He first won it in June 1998 at King of the Ring. He then won it again in August 1999 at SummerSlam. Most recently, he won it in October 2010 at Hell in a Cell.
Kane’s first WWE Championship
Kane’s first WWE Championship reign came at the 1998 King of the Ring, where he defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin in a First Blood match to become the WWF Champion. He would hold the title for less than a month, losing it back to Austin at SummerSlam.
Kane’s second WWE Championship
Kane’s second WWE Championship was won on November 15, 1998, at Survivor Series, when he defeated The Rock in a Fatal Four-Way match that also included Mankind and The Big Show. This made Kane a two-time champion.
Kane’s third WWE Championship
On June 28, 1998, at King of the Ring, Kane defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin in a First Blood match to win his first WWE Championship. Kane lost the title to The Undertaker at SummerSlam on August 30, 1998. Kane won the title for a second time on October 18, 1999, by defeating Mankind in a Buried Alive match. He lost the title to Triple H at Armageddon on December 12, 1999.
World Heavyweight Championship
Kane has held the WWE Championship a total of three times. He first won it in 1998 at King of the Ring. He then won it again in 2010 at Money in the Bank, and most recently in 2012 at Hell in a Cell.

Kane’s first World Heavyweight Championship was in 1998 when he defeated The Undertaker in a Inferno match at the Unforgiven pay-per-view.
Kane’s second World Heavyweight Championship
Kane’s second World Heavyweight Championship was won on June 28, 2009 at The Bash pay-per-view, when he defeated CM Punk in a tables match. It was his sixth world championship overall, and his first since losing the title to Edge in May 2008. He held the title for less than two months before losing it back to Punk at SummerSlam.
ECW Championship
Kane has won the WWE Championship three times and the ECW Championship once. He is a former three-time World Heavyweight Champion and a 12-time world tag team champion.
Kane’s only ECW Championship
Kane’s only ECW Championship reign came about as a result of his victory in the 2006 ECW One Night Stand pay-per-view, in which he defeated The Big Show in a steel cage match. Kane had originally won the match, but the decision was later reversed when it was revealed that Kane had used a steel chair during the bout. This led to a rematch at Vengeance: Night of Champions, which Kane again won, this time with no controversy.
WWE Tag Team Championship
Kane has a total of three WWE Tag Team Championship reigns, all of which were with The Undertaker. He is a one-time WWE Intercontinental Champion, a two-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and a three-time World Tag Team Champion.
Kane’s first WWE Tag Team Championship
Kane won his first WWE Tag Team Championship with Mankind as his partner. They were known as “The Oddities”.
Kane’s second WWE Tag Team Championship
On the November 17, 2003 episode of SmackDown!, Big Show, who was on the injured list at the time, vacated the WWE Tag Team Championship. General Manager Kurt Angle held a tournament to determine the new champions. Los Guerreros (Chavo Guerrero and Eddie Guerrero) defeated Kane and Rob Van Dam in the semifinals. On the November 24 episode of SmackDown!, Kurt Angle announced that Guerrero and Van Dam would face each other in a No DQ match later that night to determine who would face Los Guerreros for the titles. Van Dam won the match and went on to win the championship with Mysterio at Armageddon.
WCW Tag Team Championship
The World Championship Wrestling (WCW) Tag Team Championship was a professional wrestling world tag team championship in World Championship Wrestling (WCW). It was established in 1991, when the NWA World Tag Team Championship was deactivated. The WCW Tag Team Championship was the premier tag team championship of WCW and was contested in their tag team matches. The final champions were The New World Order (Hollywood Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall), who were stripped of the title on the final episode of WCW Monday Nitro.

On November 13, at the Survivor Series pay-per-view, Kane and The Undertaker won the WCW Tag Team Championship from Shane McMahon and Big Show. This made Kane a four-time WCW Tag Team Champion, and The Undertaker a three-time WCW Tag Team Champion.
