WWE 2K14 gameplay has been improved from that of its predecessors. There are more than 50 new moves, including finishers and signature moves. The grapple carry system has been redesiged so players have more control over their opponents when carrying them around the ring. A new “Chain Grapple” system has replaced the previous “collision detection” system which should make grappling with an opponent more fluid and realistic, while also allowing players to carry out multiple grapples in quick succession on their opponents (such as when Ric Flair used to perform his “Flair Flop”).
