Don’t want to be a member of Esporta anymore? Here’s how you can cancel your membership and stop paying those monthly fees.
Cancelling by phone
If you need to cancel your Esporta membership, the best way to do so is by calling customer service at 1-888-888-8888. You can also cancel by emailing [email protected], but note that it may take up to 72 hours for your request to be processed.

The best way to reach customer service is to call the number on the back of your membership card. You can also find this number on your monthly statement.

Follow the prompts to cancel your membership
1.Start by going to the Esporta homepage and logging in to your account.
2.Once you’re logged in, click on the “My Esporta” tab at the top of the page.
3.From the drop-down menu, select the “ Membership & Billing” option.
4.On the next page, you’ll see your membership details including your billing information. 5.To cancel your membership, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Cancel Membership” button.
6.You’ll be taken to a confirmation page where you’ll be asked to enter your password to confirm that you want to cancel your membership.
7.Once you enter your password and click on the “Cancel My Membership” button, your membership will be cancelled and you will no longer be charged further fees.
