How To Make A Baseball Necklace

Check out this blog post to learn how to make a baseball necklace. These necklaces are a great way to show your support for your favorite team.

Gather your materials.

You will need the following materials to make your baseball necklace:
-One wooden or metal bead in the shape of a baseball
-One piece of string or cord, at least 18 inches long
-Scissors

Instructions:
1.Start by threading your string or cord through the bead. If the bead has a small hole, you may need to use a needle to help thread the string through.
2.Once the bead is securely on the string, tie a knot close to the bead to keep it in place.
3.Now, measure out about 9 inches of string and cut it off from the spool. This will be the length of your necklace.
4.Tie a knot at the end of the 9-inch piece of string, leaving about 1 inch of excess string. This excess string will be used to tie your necklace around your neck.
5.Now, take your scissors and carefully cut off any excess string from both ends of your necklace. Make sure not to cut too close to the knots!
6.Your baseball necklace is now complete! Wear it with pride and show off your love for America’s pastime!

Cut a length of fishing line.

Cut a length of fishing line according to the desired length of your necklace. You will need enough line to thread through all of the beads, with enough excess at either end to tie a secure knot. A good rule of thumb is to cut the line so that it is twice the length of your desired finished necklace plus an extra 6 inches (15 cm).

String your beads onto the fishing line.

String your beads onto the fishing line. You can make your necklace as long or as short as you want, depending on how many beads you have. Once you’ve strung all your beads, tie the two ends of the fishing line together to form a loop. If you want, you can add a drop of glue to the knot to make it extra secure. And that’s it – you’ve now made your very own baseball necklace!

Tie the ends of the fishing line together.

Tie the ends of the fishing line together, making sure that the two lengths are equal. Next, take one end of the fishing line and double it back, creating a small loop. This will be where you attach the clasp. Secure the loop by tying a knot, then trim any excess fishing line. Repeat this step with the other end of the fishing line.

Trim any excess fishing line.

Once you have tied the two ends of the fishing line together, trim any excess LINE from the knot. Be sure not to cut the yarn! You want to leave a little “tail” of fishing line beyond the knot, as this will make it easier to thread the needle when you start sewing.
