Open the game on your device
Once you have NBA 2K22 downloaded and installed on your device, you can open the game by tapping on the NBA 2K22 icon. This will take you to the main menu of the game. From here, you can start a new game, continue a previous game, or adjust the settings.
Choose “MyTEAM”
Click “MyTEAM” at the main menu to begin your MyTEAM journey. From here, you can start a new file or continue with a previous one. You can also adjust the difficulty, which will affect how hard the AI plays and how many VC (Virtual Currency) you earn.
Select “Create a Team”
On the main screen, select “Create a Team” from the options. You will then be asked to select your team’s name and uniform. If you want to use an existing team, select “Use an Existing NBA Team” and choose your team from the list. If you want to create a completely new team, select “Create an Original NBA Team.”
Once you have selected your team, you will be asked to choose your players. You can either choose players from the current NBA roster or create your own player. If you want to create your own player, select “Create a Player.” You will then be asked to choose your player’s position, name, and other attributes.
After you have created your team and chosen your players, you will be able to start playing NBA 2K22. To do so, select “Start Game” from the main menu.
Choose your team name, logo, and colors
You can choose to be a part of any of the 30 NBA teams. You can also create a custom team of your own by selecting “Create A Team” from the main menu. When you create a team, you can select their name, logo, and colors. You will also need to choose a home arena for your team.
Select your players and build your lineup
Now that you know how to basic gameplay and controls of NBA 2K22, it’s time to start building your lineup. You can do this by going to the “MyTEAM” mode from the main menu.
In “MyTEAM”, you’ll be able to create your own team of players. You can either use the default lineup, or you can create your own custom lineup by selecting the players that you want on your team.
Once you have your lineup set, it’s time to start playing some games. You can play against the AI in “Play Now” mode, or you can play against other players online in “MyTEAM Multiplayer”.
Play through the season and unlock rewards
In NBA 2K22, you can play through an entire season to try and unlock rewards. You’ll need to complete various objectives to earn rewards, and you can check your progress by heading to the MyTEAM menu.
