How to Return a Jersey from the NFL Shop
Go to the website
In order to return a jersey that you have purchased from the NFL Shop, you will need to go to their website and fill out a return form. Once you have done this, you will be given a return shipping label that you can use to send the jersey back.
Click on the “returns” tab
On the returns tab, you will be able to start a return by entering in your order number and email address. From there, you will select the item(s) that you would like to return, the reason for your return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. You will then be given a return shipping label to print out and attach to your package.
Enter your order number and email address
If you need to return a jersey that you purchased from the NFL Shop, you will need to enter your order number and email address. You will then be able to select the jersey that you would like to return and the reason for the return. After you have made your selection, you will be given a return shipping label.
On the NFL Shop website, click on the “start a return” button located on the right side of the screen, under the heading “Customer Service.” This will take you to the returns page, where you will enter your order number and email address.
Follow the instructions on the screen
When you purchase a jersey from the NFL Shop, you have the option to return it for a refund or exchange it for a different size. If you need to return your jersey, follow the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the cost of the jersey.
