Cleveland Cavaliers (2003-2010)

Drafted by the New Jersey Nets in the second round of the 2003 NBA draft, Korver was then traded to the Philadelphia 76ers, where he played one season before being dealt to the Jazz in exchange for Gordan Giricek. He became an important player for Utah, setting an NBA record by shooting 53.6 percent from three-point range during the 2009–10 season. On December 18, 2009, Korver made his 500th career three-pointer, becoming only the seventh player in NBA history to do so in fewer than 500 games. Korver was subsequently traded to the Chicago Bulls on December 29, 2010, in a multiplayer deal involving Carlos Boozer going to Utah.

Chicago Bulls (2010-2012)

In the 2010–11 season, Korver became the first player in NBA history to make at least 50 three-pointers while shooting 50% or better from three-point range. He made 53.6% of his threes, finishing the season with 153 three-pointers, good for sixth in the league. He shot a then career-high 52.5% from the field overall. He averaged 10.9 points and 3.0 rebounds in 80 games (42 starts) while playing a career-high 27.2 minutes per game. In the playoffs, he averaged 7.6 points and 2.1 rebounds while shooting 43% from deep as the Bulls were defeated in five games by the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Atlanta Hawks (2012-2017)

The Atlanta Hawks drafted Korver with the 51st pick of the 2003 NBA draft. In August 2005, he signed a three-year, $7.5 million contract extension with the Hawks. In 2007, he helped lead the Hawks to their first ever playoff berth in 11 years and their first Southeast Division title in nine years. Korver became just the second player in NBA history to make at least 50% of his three-point attempts in a season, joining Steve Kerr.

In 2010, Korver signed a four-year, $24 million contract extension with the Hawks. He was named to the NBA All-Star Game for the first time in 2015. In 2016, Korver set an NBA record by shooting 53.6% from three-point range. He was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2016-17 season.

Korver helped the Cavaliers reach the NBA Finals in 2017 and 2018, winning his first championship in 2018. He signed a one-year contract with the Milwaukee Bucks in 2019.

On July 25, 2017, Korver was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for Mike Dunleavy, Jr., Mo Williams, and cash considerations. He made his debut for the Cavaliers in their season opener against his former team, the Hawks, on October 18, 2017, scoring one point in six minutes of play off the bench in a 102–99 win. On November 29, 2017, he scored a season-high 28 points in a 109–102 win over the Brooklyn Nets. Two days later, he hit all eight of his three-point attempts and finished with 24 points off the bench in a 121–114 win over the Miami Heat. On December 18, 2017, he scored 23 points against the Phoenix Suns. Three days later, he had 20 points against his former team again, All-Star Kyrie Irving’s Boston Celtics. On January 10, 2018 Korver reached 1000 career 3 pointers by sinking 3 triples against Minnesota Timberwolves. On March 7 Korver recorded a season high 30 points along with 8 three pointers (tied career high) in a 120-112 victory over Magic.

Traded to the Memphis Grizzlies

Kyle Korver was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies on July 7th, 2019. He was originally drafted by the New Jersey Nets in the second round (51st overall) of the 2003 NBA Draft. Korver spent four seasons with the Nets before being traded to the Philadelphia 76ers in 2007. He spent three and a half seasons with the Sixers before being dealt to the Chicago Bulls in 2010. Korver became an instant scoring threat for the Bulls, and he helped them reach the playoffs in each of his first three seasons with the team. He was then traded to the Atlanta Hawks in 2012, where he would spend the next five and a half seasons. Korver became one of the best three-point shooters in NBA history while with the Hawks, and he helped them reach the Eastern Conference Finals in 2015. After being traded back to Cleveland in 2017, Korver struggled to find his shooting stroke and was eventually dealt to Utah in 2018. He was then bought out by Utah, and he signed with Milwaukee for the rest of the 2018-19 season.

Waived by the Grizzlies

On July 10, 2019, the Memphis Grizzlies waived Korver after acquiring him earlier that month in a trade with the Utah Jazz. This was done so the team could create salary cap space.
