Is Maryse Coming Back To WWE?

After a long hiatus, Maryse is finally making her return to the WWE. Here’s what we know about her return so far.

Introduction

As of late, there have been increasing rumors that Maryse may be making a return to WWE in the near future. Though she has not been seen on WWE programming since 2017, Maryse is still a fan-favorite and many are hoping that she will make a return to the company.

At this time, it is unclear if Maryse is actually planning on returning to WWE or if the rumors are simply based on speculation. However, with WrestleMania 35 right around the corner, it is possible that WWE could be saving her return for a big surprise.

Only time will tell if Maryse does indeed make a return to WWE, but fans are certainly hoping that she will be back soon.

Maryse’s Hiatus

While Maryse has not been present on WWE television recently, that does not necessarily mean that she is no longer with the company. In fact, according to a recent report, Maryse is simply taking some time off and is not done with WWE yet.

The report comes from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, which notes that Maryse is simply taking some time off and has not quit WWE. This is likely due to the fact that she gave birth to her second child earlier this year.

While it remains to be seen when Maryse will return to WWE television, it seems likely that she will be back at some point in the near future.

The Miz and Maryse’s Return

WWE fans were elated when The Miz and Maryse returned to television on the Dec. 9, 2019 episode of SmackDown. The A-Listers had been away from WWE for close to three months, as Maryse was pregnant with the couple’s second child.

While it was great to see The Miz and Maryse back on TV, fans were wondering if Maryse would be sticking around or if she would be taking more time off to spend with her newborn daughter Monroe Sky.

On the Jan. 6, 2020 episode of Raw, Miz revealed that Maryse would in fact be returning to WWE television. Miz said that his wife wanted to come back as soon as possible, but he wanted her to take her time so she wouldn’t overdo it.

Maryse made her return on the Jan. 20, 2020 episode of Raw in a backstage segment with Miz and their daughter Monroe Sky. It remains to be seen how much TV time Maryse will get now that she’s back, but it’s great to see her back on WWE programming.

Maryse’s Future in WWE

While it is not yet known what Maryse’s future in WWE will be, the question of whether or not she will be returning to in-ring competition has been a topic of discussion among fans.

There is no doubt that Maryse is a talented performer, and her return to WWE television would no doubt be welcomed by many fans. However, it remains to be seen what role she would play if she were to return to WWE.

It is possible that Maryse could return to WWE as a member of the creative team, or she could even make a return to in-ring action. However, nothing has been confirmed at this time and it is unknown what Maryse’s future in WWE will be.
