The Johnstown Collegiate Baseball League (JCBL) has released their schedule for the 2021 season. The JCBL, which is entering its sixth season, will feature eight teams in two divisions. Each team will play a total of 24 games, with 12 games against teams in their own division and 12 games against teams in the other division.
The JCBL will begin its season on May 28th and will conclude its regular season on August 13th. The playoffs will begin on August 16th, with the Championship game being played on August 20th.

The Johnstown Collegiate Baseball League (JCBL) is excited to release its 2021 schedule. The JCBL is a summer baseball league for collegiate players that are looking to continue their Baseball Career and gain more experience. TheJCBL will have a total of 12 teams playing in a 36 game regular season
The JCBL schedule will start on Wednesday, June 2nd with all 12 teams in action. The Regular Season will conclude on Saturday, July 17th. The top 6 teams in the standings will qualify for the JCBL playoffs which will start on Sunday, July 18th.
The JCBL is committed to providing a great experience for all the student-athletes that participate in the league. Collegiate level umpires will be used for all games and each team will play 3 games per week.

The Johnstown Collegiate Baseball League has announced its 10th season schedule. The season will run from May 28th to August 14th. There will be a break for the Fourth of July holiday. All games will be played at the Johnstown Youth Athletic Complex.
The league is made up of collegiate players from across the country who come to play in the summer months. The league provides an opportunity for these players to improve their skills and showcase their talents in front of professional scouts.
This year’s schedule features four teams: the Johnstown Jackhammers, the Bedford Blue Sox the Somerset Patriots, and the Latrobe Legionnaires. Each team will play 40 games, 20 of which will be against teams in their own division.
The Johnstown Jackhammers are the defending champions and are looking to repeat in 2021. The team is led by manager Mike Sheppard Jr., who is entering his second season with the team. The Jackhammers roster features several returners from last year’s championship team, as well as some new faces.
The Bedford Blue Sox are looking to rebound after a tough 2020 season. The team is managed by Josh Kline, who is entering his third season with the Blue Sox. The team has made some changes to its roster in hopes of getting back to its winning ways.
The Somerset Patriots are a new addition to the league this year, replacing the Altoona Mountain Dawgs who ceased operations after last season. The Patriots are managed by Chris Schrader, who is no stranger to baseball in Johnstown, having served as an Assistant Coach for the Johnstown Tomahawks (NAHL) from 2009-2011. Schrader has put together a talented roster of players that he hopes can compete for a playoff spot in their inaugural season.
The Latrobe Legionnaires are also looking to rebound after a tough 2020 campaign. The team is managed by Dan Gausman, who is entering his second season with Latrobe. Gausman has made some changes to his Coaching Staff and has brought in some new players that he hopes can help turn things around for the Legionnaires this season

The 2021 season will feature 10 teams from across Pennsylvania. The teams are the Pittsburgh Spartans, Johnstown Jackals, Altoona Mountain Lions, West Virginia Miners, Erie Sea Wolves, Harrisburg Senators, Lancaster Barnstormers, Reading Fightin Phils, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders and York Revolution.
Each team will play a 44-game schedule that will begin on May 27th and end on August 7th. The top four teams at the end of the regular season will qualify for the playoffs. The JCBL Playoffs will be a best-of-three series with the higher seed serving as host for games one and three (if necessary). The JCBL Championship Series is scheduled to start on August 10th.

Johnstown, Pa. – The Johnstown Collegiate Baseball League (JCBL) has announced their fourteen-game regular season schedule for the 2021 season. The season will begin on Wednesday, June 2 and conclude on Wednesday, July 28.
All games will be played at Point Stadium, home of the Johnstown Johnnies baseball team located at 1000PointMall Drive in Johnstown.
Ticket prices for JCBL games are $5 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens. Children under the age of five will be admitted free of charge. Tickets can be purchased at the Point Stadium ticket office on game day or in advance by calling (814) 536-2215.
The league will culminate with a four-team playoff tournament which is scheduled to begin on Saturday, July 31 and conclude on Tuesday, August 3. The tournament format and matchups will be announced at a later date.
