Though Ms. Fitz is new to North High she is not new to coaching. She has been coaching for 5 years, most recently at South High She has experience coaching both girls’ and boys’ teams, and her team at South High won the state championship last year.

Ms. Fitz is the new basketball coach at Pritchard high school She has big plans for the team and is determined to help her players reach their full potential.
Ms. Fitz wants her team to be a force to be reckoned with on the court. She is focused on helping her players improve their skills and working together as a team. Ms. Fitz is also committed to teaching her players the importance of good sportsmanship and fair play.

Ms. Fitz is the new basketball coach at Ridge High School She is a no-nonsense coach who demands hard work and dedication from her players. Ms. Fitz played basketball in college and has coached at the collegiate level for several years. She is a firm believer in the importance of team work and discipline on the court. Ms. Fitz’s coaching style is intense but she always has her players’ best interests at heart. Her goal is to help her players reach their full potential as athletes and as young adults.

Ms. Fitz is the new basketball coach at Jefferson high school She’s a UEFA A licensed coach with experience coaching both men’s and women’s teams. She’s expecting her players to work hard and show dedication to the sport. “I want my players to be committed to the team and to improve their skills. I expect them to give 100% on the court and in the classroom.”

Ms. Fitz is the new basketball coach at Maple high school She has a lot of experience coaching both Boys and Girls teams, and she’s excited to bring her knowledge to the Maple squad.
Ms. Fitz believes that basketball is a team sport and that every player has an important role to play. She wants her players to work together and to support each other on and off the court.
Ms. Fitz is also a big believer in hard work She knows that it takes dedication and effort to be a successful basketball player and she is committed to helping her players reach their full potential.

Ms. Fitz’s thoughts on player development
In her own words, Ms. Fitz believes that, “player development is the key to success in basketball. It’s all about finding ways to help each individual player grow and improve as a basketball player ”
“I think it’s important to remember that each player is different,” she continued. “What works for one player might not work for another. That’s why it’s important to get to know each of your players as individuals. What are their strengths and weaknesses? What motivates them? Once you have a good understanding of that, you can start to develop a plan for how best to help them improve.”
Ms. Fitz said that she likes to start with the basics when working with her players. “I think it’s important that every player has a strong foundation of the Basic Skills of the game,” she said. “From there, you can start to build on that and help them develop more advanced skills.”
“It’s also important to remember that basketball is a team sport ” Ms. Fitz added. “So even if a player is individually very talented, if they don’t work well with the team, it’s going to be difficult for the team to be successful.”
Ms. Fitz concluded by saying that she is excited to get started working with her new team and hopes to help them find success both on and off the court.
Ms. Fitz’s offensive and defensive strategies
Ms. Fitz is the new basketball coach at Pinnacle high school She is a very experienced coach, and her teams have consistently been among the best in the state. Ms. Fitz emphasizes both Offense and defense in her practices, and she is always looking for ways to improve her team’s performance.
On offense, Ms. Fitz likes to keep things simple. She wants her players to move the ball around and make good decisions. She also emphasizes King High quality shots, and she often has her team run offensive drills that emphasize these concepts.
On defense, Ms. Fitz is very focused on creating turnovers. She always strives to put her team in a position to win the ball back as quickly as possible. To do this, she has her team work on its defensive footwork and communication skills. Additionally, Ms. Fitz always stressing the importance of playing hard on defense for the entire game.
Ms. Fitz’s approach to game-planning
Ms. Fitz is known for her creative approach to game-planning. She often draws up plays that take advantage of the strengths of her players, while also exploiting the weaknesses of her opponents. Her teams are always well-prepared and ready to execute her game plan
Ms. Fitz’s thoughts on team chemistry
As the new coach of the girls’ basketball team Ms. Fitz is focused on building team chemistry. “I want the girls to feel comfortable with each other on and off the court,” she says. “It’s important that they know they can trust each other and that they have each other’s back.”
Ms. Fitz is no stranger to team sports she was a star athlete in high school and played Division I Basketball in college. “I know what it takes to be successful in a team environment,” she says. “I’m looking forward to sharing my knowledge and experiences with this group of girls.”
The team has been working hard in practice, and Coach Fitz is impressed with their progress. “They’re really starting to gel as a unit,” she says. “I think we’re going to surprise a lot of people this season.”
