(You will likely want to turn sliders up for this one) To reach 15 dimes you could also try playing Simulation but turning User & CPU settings up to 100 for Quickness & pass accuracy respectively along with reducing Game Speed down to 20%. Doing so should give you enough time and space to get everyone involved as well as provide AI teammates with enough time & space too since they’ll be playing at full speed as well which should help their decision making & timing when it comes to cutting & passing lanes etc…
