How to track your order from the NBA Store
Once you place an order with the NBA Store you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You can use this number to track the status of your order at any time.
To track your order, please visit the NBA Store website and click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page. From there, you will be prompted to log in to your account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your order history and select the “Track Order” option for any recent orders.

Checking the status of your order
To check the status of your order, please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://store.nba.com/ and sign in to your account
2. Click on “My Account” in the top right-hand corner
3. On the “My Account” page, scroll down to the “Order History” section
4. Find the order you would like to track and click on the “View Details” button
5. On the next page, you will be able to see the current status of your order as well as the tracking information (if available)

Tracking your order through the shipping company
You can track your order through the shipping company’s website. NBA Store uses UPS and FedEx for shipping. If you used UPS, they will send you an email with your tracking number. You can also find your tracking number in your order history on the NBA Store website. If you used FedEx, they will send you an email and text message with your tracking number.
Tips for tracking your order
If you placed your order with a guest account, we recommend that you create a store account using the same Email Address This will allow you to track your order and save your billing and shipping information for future purchases.
To track your order, simply log in to your account and click on the ‘My Orders’ tab. From there, you will be able to see all of the orders that you have placed with us, as well as their current status.

How to track your order online
If you placed your order online, you can track it via the NBA Store website. To do so, simply visit the site and log into your account. Then, click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page. From there, select “Order History” from the sidebar menu. You should see a list of all your recent orders. Click on the order number for the item you wish to track.
You will now be redirected to a page with more detailed information about your order, including its current status and tracking information (if available). If your order is still processing, it will likely say “Awaiting Fulfillment” or something similar. Once it has shipped, you should see a tracking number appear under the “Shipping Information” section. You can click on this number to track your package’s progress via the shipping carrier’s website.

To track your order by phone, please call 1-888-467-2273 Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. You will need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.
How to track your order through the mail
If you’re waiting for an order from the NBA Store you can track its whereabouts through the mail. Here’s what you need to know.
The NBA Store uses USPS for all of its shipping, so you can use the USPS website to track your order. Just enter your tracking number (which can be found in your order confirmation email) and hit “Track.”
