What Channel Is the NBA Playoffs On?
The NBA playoffs are just around the corner, and fans are wondering what channel they can catch all the action on. Here’s a breakdown of the schedule and where to find the games.
ESPN
The NBA playoffs are on ESPN. You can find the schedule here.
TV schedule
The first round of the NBA playoffs are complete, and ESPN has the exclusive television rights to air the conference semifinals. The games will air on ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC.
The schedule for the conference semifinals is as follows:

Boston Celtics vs. Milwaukee Bucks – Game 1: Saturday, April 27 at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC
Game 2: Monday, April 29 at 8 p.m. ET on TNT

Online streaming
You can stream ESPN live online with a participating TV provider. NBA Playoff games will be broadcast on ESPN, ESPN2, ABC, and TNT. You can also find games airing on NBA TV.
With a TV provider, you can watch ESPN live on your computer, mobile device, or connected TV. To stream live games on your mobile device or connected TV, you will need the ESPN app. The app is available on iOS, Android, Chromecast devices, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Xbox One and Playstation 4.
TNT
The NBA Playoffs are on TNT. You can watch the games on TNT or you can live stream the games on the TNT app.
TV schedule
The NBA playoffs will air on TNT from April 13 through June 19. The full schedule has not been released yet, but we do know that the first round will air on TNT and ESPN. The second round will be exclusively on TNT, followed by the Conference Finals on TNT. The NBA Finals will be broadcast on ABC.
Online streaming
TNT is available on a number of streaming platforms, so you can watch the NBA Playoffs even if you don’t have cable. You can stream TNT on Sling TV, AT&T TV Now, and Hulu + Live TV. All of these platforms offer a free trial, so you can try them out before you commit to a subscription.

For the first time ever, all games in the NBA playoffs will be available to watch on ESPN+ in addition to the traditional television channels. This means that you can choose how you want to watch the games, whether it’s through a cable or satellite provider, or streaming live on ESPN+.
