In 2018, Brees set the NFL single-game passing yardage record with 564 yards. He accomplished this feat against the Washington Redskins.

Brees also holds the NFL record for career passing yardage, with 77,416 yards as of the end of the 2020 season. He is also second all-time in career touchdown passes, with 547.

Peyton Manning

Peyton Manning holds the NFL single-game passing record with 5,477 yards, which he set in 2013. He also holds the career passing record with 71,940 yards.

Tom Brady

In the 2011 NFL season, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady set the record for most passing yards in a single game with 517 against the Buffalo Bills. This surpassed the previous record of 510 yards, set by San Diego Chargers quarterback Dan Fouts in 1982.
