The 2021 WWE Royal Rumble will take place at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas on Sunday, January 31. This will be the first time that the event has been held in Houston since the Royal Rumble took place at the Astrodome in 2004.

This will be the sixth WWE event held at the ThunderDome since its inception in August 2020. The event will air live on the WWE Network and will be available on pay-per-view platforms.

Every five minutes, a new wrestler is released from their pod until all six Superstars are in the ring. The only way to be eliminated from the match is to be pinned or submitted. The last person standing is declared the winner.
The Elimination Chamber pay-per-view has been a staple on the WWE calendar since 2010, and has been exclusively a Raw brand event since 2016.
