6.0 & Above = Red

Within each tier, there are four sublevels represented by a decimal point. So, for example, a 4.5 would be at the top of the blue level while a 4.0 would be at the bottom of the green level–even though both are considered “beginner” levels according to UTR’s color coding system.”
