To correctly measure your chest, place the tape measure under your arms and run it around the widest part of your chest and shoulder blades. Be sure to keep the tape level from front to back. don’t puff out your chest or arch your back. Just stand naturally. NOTE: If you get stuck, have a friend help you measure. It’ll make things easier.

Step Two: Find Your Size

To find your t-shirt size, measure your chest width from under your arms, across the fullest part of your chest.

Sizing Method #3: Checking the NBA Jersey Size Chart

One way to determine what NBA jersey size you should buy is to consult the NBA jersey size chart. This chart lists the measurements for each size so you can find the one that will fit you the best. Keep in mind that the NBA jersey size chart is just a general guide and that you might need to try on a few different sizes before you find the perfect fit.

Step One: Find Your Chest Size

The best place to start is by measuring your chest. Get a tape measure and find the circumference of your chest at its widest point. Make sure the tape measure is level all the way around and write down this number. This is your chest size. Once you have that, you can refer to the NBA jersey size chart below to find your corresponding jersey size.

Step Two: Find Your Height

To find your height on the chart, locate your height without shoes listed in inches in the left column. For example, if you are six feet tall (72 inches), you would find this listed under “6 ft” in the left-hand column of the chart. Next, to find your weight, look across the rows to find your weight without shoes in pounds that is closest to yours in the center column of the chart. In our example, a 72-inch tall person who weighs 210 pounds without shoes would find this row and column intersection on the chart.

Step Three: Find Your Weight

The next step is to convert your weight into kilograms so you know where to find it on the chart. To do this, simply divide your weight in pounds by 2.2. So, if you weigh 210 pounds, 210 / 2.2 = 95.5 kg. Now that we have our kilograms, we can move onto the next step.

Step Four: Find Your Size

Now that you know your chest and waist measurements, it’s time to find the right size on the NBA jersey size chart.
