Mark Cuban was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1958. He attended Indiana University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1981. After graduation, Cuban moved to Dallas, Texas, where he began his career as a computer salesperson. In 1982, he co-founded MicroSolutions with partner Todd Wagner. MicroSolutions was a computer services company that grew to annual revenues of $30 million by 1990. In 1990, Cuban and Wagner sold MicroSolutions to CompuServe for $6 million.
