Dell Curry played for the Charlotte Hornets
At 6’3″, Dell was not as tall as his 6’6″ brother, but he was a very good shooter, making him a valuable player in the NBA. After playing collegiately at Virginia Tech, Dell was drafted by the Utah Jazz in 1986. He played for the Jazz for four seasons before being traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers in 1990. After two seasons with the Cavs, Dell was traded to the Charlotte Hornets, where he enjoyed the best years of his career. He played for the Hornets for six seasons, averaging over 16 points per game and shooting over 40 percent from three-point range. In 1998, Dell was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks, where he finished his career.
