Brett Favre
Brett Favre is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 20 seasons. He began his career with the Atlanta Falcons, then played for the Green Bay Packers from 1992 to 2007.
Green Bay Packers
Brett Favre played quarterback for the Green Bay Packers from 1992 to 2007. He was traded to the New York Jets in 2008 and played one season for them before being traded to the Minnesota Vikings, where he played for two seasons. He then retired from the NFL.

The New York Jets are a professional American football team located in the New York metropolitan area. The franchise is legally and corporately registered as New York Jets, LLC.
The team was founded in 1959 as the Titans of New York, an original member of the American Football League (AFL); later, the franchise joined the NFL in the AFL–NFL merger in 1970. The team began to play their home games at Shea Stadium in 1964 and acquired their current name in 1963. The Jets advanced to the AFL Championship Game four times (1968, 1969, 1970, 1971), winning once (1968), but lost Super Bowls III and IV. Since 1968, they have appeared in the playoffs 13 times, and in the AFC Championship Game five times (1982, 1985, 1998, 2009, 2010), most recently appearing in consecutive Championship Games for a second time (2009 and 2010). However, they have never returned to the Super Bowl since their victory at Super Bowl III and make it a point of emphasis not to mention or celebrate this infamous moment from their past; instead concentrating on more recent successes such as winning their first division title since 2002 with an 11-5 record following a 9-7 season which culminated with defeating their archrival Patriots 28-21 on January 1st 2012 after coming back from deficits of 9-0 and 21-10 to win going away featuring quarterback Mark Sanchez’s strong game management skills down the stretch throwing 2 fourth quarter touchdown passes including Santonio Holmes’ game winning score with just over 10 minutes remaining in regulation play giving them their first playoff game victory since January 15th 2005 when they defeated Peyton Manning and his Indianapolis Colts 26-17 at home en route to advancing to their second AFC Championship game under then head coach Herm Edwards but ultimately losing 24-17 on conference title game rematch against eventual Super Bowl XXXVIII champion New England Patriots who earlier that season had defeated them 31-21 on November 12th 2001 at Foxboro Stadium en route to going on appear in and win Super Bowl XXXVI against St. Louis Rams 20-17 getting redemption for an earlier disappointing loss to them as 14 point favourites earlier that season 29 days previously by same score on Sunday night September 23rd 2001 which also took place one week after tragically terrorist attacks of September 11th 2001 which postponed that week 3 contest between these two bitter rivals until Sunday October 7th 2001]].
