Standard Size
A baseball card is a type of collectible card typically printed on some sort of card stock, featuring one or more Major League Baseball players. A standard baseball card size is 2-1/2 inches wide by 3-1/2 inches tall.
2-1/2″ x 3-1/2″
A standard size baseball card is 2-1/2″ x 3-1/2″. The size was originally established in the 1930s by the Topps company, and many other card manufacturers followed suit. Today, 2-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ is considered the standard size for all trading cards, including baseball cards, football cards, basketball cards, and more.
Mini Size
The mini baseball card size is 2-1/2″ x 3-1/2″. Mini baseball cards were first introduced in the early 1980s by Topps. They became very popular in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Many collectors consider mini baseball cards to be more collectible than the standard sized cards.
