Green Bay Packers
The Green Bay Packers have the most NFL Hall of Famers of any team, with a total of 25. The Packers also have the most players in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, with 13. These two numbers are a testament to the team’s success over the years.
Curly Lambeau
Curly Lambeau was the founder and first head coach of the Green Bay Packers. He played college football at the University of Notre Dame and then in the NFL for the Chicago Cardinals. He is a member of both the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Don Hutson
Don Hutson was a star receiver for the Packers during the 1940s. He was the first player in NFL history to record more than 50 catches in a season, and he retired as the league’s all-time leader in receptions, receiving yards and touchdown catches. Hutson was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1963.
Bart Starr
Bart Starr was the Packers’ starting quarterback from 1956 to 1971. During that span, he led the Packers to five NFL championships – including the first two Super Bowls – and was named the Most Valuable Player of both competitions. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1977, and his No. 15 jersey is one of only four jerseys that has been retired by the Packers.

Red Grange
Red Grange, nicknamed “The Galloping Ghost”, was a standout player for the University of Illinois before he joined the Bears. He was the first player to become a national celebrity and helped make the NFL popular. He was also one of the charter inductees into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1963.

Bronko Nagurski was a fullback and defensive lineman for the Chicago Bears from 1930-1937. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1963.
Dick Butkus
Dick Butkus is a former American football player. He was born on December 9, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois. He played college football for the University of Illinois, and was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the first round of the 1965 NFL Draft. He played his entire NFL career for the Bears from 1965 to 1973. Butkus was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1979.

Mel Hein
Melvin Jack “Mel” Hein (January 31, 1907 – October 31, 1992) was an American football player. He played center for 15 seasons with the New York Giants in the National Football League (NFL), from 1931 to 1945. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1963 and the College Football Hall of Fame in 1954.
Emlen Tunnell
Emlen Tunnell (born April 27, 1925 – July 23, 1975), nicknamed “The Gremlin”, was an American football player and coach. He was the first African American to play for the New York Giants in the National Football League (NFL) and also the first African American assistant coach in NFL history. He was inducted into both the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the College Football Hall of Fame.
Y.A. Tittle
Yelberton Abraham Tittle Jr. (born October 24, 1926), nicknamed “The Golden Arm” and “The Greatest Quarterback of All Time”, is a former professional American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL). He was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1971, his first year of eligibility. Tittle played for three NFL teams. He spent most of his career with the New York Giants from 1956 to 1964, culminating in his years as the team’s starting quarterback from 1961 to 1963, when he won consecutive NFL Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards.

Elroy Leonard “Crazy Legs” Hirsch (born June 17, 1923) is a former American football player. He was inducted into both the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He is also a member of the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame. Hirsch was born in Wausau, Wisconsin, to German immigrant parents.
Deacon Jones
The late great Deacon Jones is often credited with creating the term “sack” when referring to a quarterback being tackled behind the line of scrimmage. He is a member of the NFL 1960s All-Decade Team, the NFL 75th Anniversary All-Time Team, and the Los Angeles Rams No. 75 ring of honor.
Jackie Slater
Jackie Slater is a former American football offensive tackle who played 20 seasons in the National Football League. He played college football for Jackson State University, and was drafted in the third round of the 1976 NFL Draft. He played his entire professional career for the Rams from 1976 to 1995. He was a seven-time Pro Bowl selection and a five-time All-Pro. Slater was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2001, and his number has been retired by the Rams.
