It’s that time of year again when the NFL playoffs are in full swing. Who are the teams that are still in the running for the coveted Super Bowl title?

As of right now, the Jacksonville Jaguars are the only team left in the playoffs from the AFC.

Kansas City Chiefs

Hunt’s son, Clark, serves as chairman and CEO.

The Chiefs have won three AFL championships, in 1962, 1966, and 1969. They became the second AFL team (after the New York Jets) to defeat an NFL team in an AFL–NFL World Championship Game when they defeated the Minnesota Vikings in Super Bowl IV. The team’s victory on January 11, 1970 remains the club’s last championship game victory and appearance to date, and occurred Renegades during a period of great turmoil for both franchises; both teams would ultimately relocate within two years after they met in Super Bowl IV with Saturday Night Football

NFC

The National Football Conference (NFC) is one of the two conferences of the National Football League (NFL). This conference consists of 16 teams, which are further divided into four divisions. The teams that are currently in the playoffs are:

Los Angeles Rams

New Orleans Saints

The New Orleans Saints are a professional American football team based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mecom Jr., David Dixon and the city of New Orleans on November 1, 1966. The Saints began play in Tulane Stadium in 1967.

The name “Saints” is an allusion to November 1 being All Saints’ Day in the Catholic faith, or more specifically, to the deposition of the Relic of Saint Christopher at the cathedral by Bishop Fulton J. Sheen in 1966. Planned by local entrepreneur Dave Dixon, involves competitive tryouts to find local talent and working with NFL Commissioner Pete Rozelle to recruit other players as well, who had no significant experience in the sport; Stan Brock was recruited from Canada as a rookie free agent quarterback two weeks before the season began. Dixon and his partners then sold shares of the team to many investors to raise funds for stadium construction and initial operating expenses.

Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles are a professional American football team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They are members of the National Football Conference (NFC) East division in the National Football League (NFL).
